Caitlin Tucker is the Treasurer of The SHIFT Project, overseeing the management and reporting of the organisation’s finances.
Caitlin currently holds the position of Finance Manager for a local company in Byron Bay. She has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting, and brings to the Board more than 6 years’ experience working for a not-for-profit organisation.
Caitlin has volunteered for many organisations in both Australia and overseas, actively combining her accounting and business skills with her passion and drive for the community development sector.
As part of Caitlin’s university course she completed a community development exchange program in a rural village in Java, Indonesia, where she was able to contribute her business skills to help develop a successful and sustainable project with local craftsmen to expand and improve their business.
