FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR – ANNE GOSLETT
Anne founded The SHIFT Project Byron after more than 30 years working with community organisations around the country. She identified a gap in housing options for women and also recognised homelessness is fuelled by both a lack of accommodation and sense of isolation and disconnection from self, community and family.Learn More

Jane has spent the past three decades working with not-for-profit organisations in various roles including employee, board member and more recently as a management consultant.Learn More
CO-FOUNDER – JULIE WELLS
Julie Wells is the co-founder of The SHIFT Project, assisting in establishing the Association in 2015. She holds the Board role of Secretary/Public Officer.
TREASURER – CAITLIN FINE
Caitlin is the Treasurer of The SHIFT Project, overseeing the management and reporting of the organisation’s finances.Learn More

Moyra joined the SHIFT Project in 2017 to volunteer her marketing skills, since then she has been part of the marketing and fundraising committee and is now Vice Chair.Learn More
GENERAL MEMBER – CATH WATSON
Cath is our most recent addition to the SHIFT board. She moved to Byron Bay in 2016 after many years working in acute, forensic and community mental health facilities in Brisbane. She joined the Byron Community Centre as a volunteer, doing outreach work with our rough sleepers and helping to run the Community Shower Program and Wet Weather Shelter. She also recently joined our enthusiastic team of volunteers at the Linen SHIFT.Learn More
