The SHIFT Project Board is made up of community members who bring a wealth of experience to continue building on our success.

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR – ANNE GOSLETT

Anne founded The SHIFT Project Byron after more than 30 years working with community organisations around the country. She identified a gap in housing options for women and also recognised homelessness is fuelled by both a lack of accommodation and sense of isolation and disconnection from self, community and family.

CO-FOUNDER AND Secretary / Public Officer – JULIE WELLS

Julie Wells is the co-founder of The SHIFT Project, assisting in establishing the Association in 2015. She holds the Board role of Secretary/Public Officer.

CHAIRPERSON – CAITLIN FINE

Caitlin has been on the Board of the SHIFT Project since 2016. She first held the position of Treasurer up until 2020 and now holds the position of Chairperson as well being on the Finance Committee and the Marketing Team.

TREASURER – JAMIE-LEA JOHNSON

Jamie-Lea joined the SHIFT Project in 2019 to volunteer her accounting and finance skills.  Since then, she has been part of the Finance Committee and now joins the Board in the role of Treasurer in 2020.

GENERAL MEMBER – JANE OLIVER

Jane joined the SHIFT Board in October 2015 and held the position of Chairperson up until 2021. Jane has spent the past three decades working with not-for-profit organisations in various roles.
